Question:
I upgraded customer HDD to SSD San Disk X400 M.2 2280 but now QuickTech Self Boot doesn't detect the drive. I've tried several legacy modes: ON/ON, ON/OFF, OFF/OFF, OFF/ON with no luck.
Solution:
This is a known issue with this drive. Make sure the May 2018 update is applied to the SSD firmware.
