Solution:
To run the PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI (QuickTech Self Boot UEFI Mode) on HP Laptops and Desktop Computers, follow the steps below:
1. Plug in the AC Adapter into the PC and then Power up the machine
2. Immediately press the F9 key repeatedly. This will provide the boot menu.
3. From the boot menu, select Ultra-X QTP USB option. This will then boot the Hardware Diagnostics UEFI Tool on HP Laptop & Desktop Computers
