Once the CloudOne Managed Customer Agent is installed, a technician may view the machine status from the CloudOne Managed Customer dashboard. To view status on a device:
- Login to the CloudOne portal
- Click Managed Customer from the navigation menu.
- A list of customers sorted by Compamy name will display.
- Locate the Company Name and click on the blue button on the right to expand the details

- Click the devices tab to view all machines being monitored for the corresponding company.

- The devices tabs will display each machine provided info on the following:
- Machine Identifier
- Windows version
- Enable/Disable Monitoring
- Completely Delete Device
- Machine Make, Model, Serial and other information
- Edit threshold values
- Monitoring Status Indicators
