Download & Installing the CloudOne Managed Customer Agent

To download the CloudOne Managed Customer Agent:

1. Click the INSTALLL AGENT button
2. Save the file to the client machine

 

3. Launch the .MSI file downloaded
4. Follow the onscreen instructions

 

 

 

5. Upon completion of setup, the ADD NEW DEVICE window will appear.

 

6. Enter the customer details requested. This information will be accessible from the CloudOne dashboard used to contact the end customer when the need arises. Click the continue button to add the machine to the Managed Customer dashboard.

 

7. A completion notification will appear when successfully added.
