Solution:
Reports are located in three different folders and correspond to the test tool mode used.
Reports - UEFI Mode
Reports located in this folder are from the UEFI Hardware Diagnostic Test Mode
Reports - Legacy Mode
Reports located in this folder are from the Legacy Hardware Diagnostic Test Mode
Reports - WinPE Mode
Reports located in this folder are from the WinPE Hardware Diagnostic & Stress Testing Mode
Reports found in these folders are XML format.
To view reports as a professional HTML format, simply open the XML file with any HTML5 capable browser.
