Support Services – Diagnostics for Android Devices

The System Diagnostic Module performs a rigorous hardware inspection for Android or Windows based devices.

To download the Android diagnostic APK directly to the Android device:

1. Click the Support Services button from the navigation menu
2. Click the Android icon under System Diagnostic

 

3. You will be redirected to a download link. Download the APK
4. Once downloaded, launch the APK to install on the Android device.
