General Operation

1. Tap the Open or Launch button to start the app. Once initialized, a screen with a single button will display. Tap the SCAN button to generate a quick assessment of the device.

 

2. Once the SCAN button is tapped, a prompt will display requesting a Reference ID. You may enter any reference value such as an asset#, service order number, customer name, etc.. Enter the value and then tap the Continue button.

 

3. The autoscan will begin and then display the main dashboard when complete.
