Error 9410 Message

Help, I get Error 9410 Message when try to launch CloudOne Hardware Diagnostic in Windows (QuickTech Windows)

 

Solution:

Files are corrupt or missing possibly due to 3rd party AV.

Please recreate a new USB Toolkit.
